Do you offer jewelry repair? 

Yes, we can do all things jewelry repair such as ring sizing, stone settings, prong tips, watch batteries, and chain repair to name a few!

What are your store hours?

We are open from 10:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We offer an amazing custom process that includes computerized renders of your design and then a wax resin sample of that design. It’s a completely hands-on process to make your dream ring!

How long does it take to design a custom ring?

It can be anywhere from 4-12 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design, how many drafts we go through, and the number of resin samples we order.

Do you appraise jewelry?

Yes, we can appraise your jewelry for insurance purposes. We highly recommend getting any jewelry that you wear at least 1x a week appraised and insured.

How long does it take for my jewelry to be repaired? 

Around 3 weeks depending on the season and time you send your jewelry in for repair.

How do I clean and care for my jewelry?

We have an entire page for that! Head here to read about caring for your pieces.

Can I have an item engraved?
  • Certain items can be engraved for an extra $55.
Do you use natural or lab-grown diamonds?

We work with both! We will always disclose to you which diamonds you are purchasing and you can find that in the product information section on each product’s page. We believe there are pros and cons to each. If you have any questions on either, please email us at alli@juliannesjewelry.com.

Are your stones ethically sourced?

Yes, all of our products and services are obtained in an ethical way. We work in tandem with other businesses that believe in upholding rights, decent working conditions, and the health and safety of their employees. If you have any origin questions about a particular product you’re interested in, email us at orders@juliannesjewelry.com.

Do you offer financing options?
  • Yes, we offer financing with Affirm. Please follow the prompt at checkout.  

Shipping & Returns FAQS

When will my order ship?

Items will be sent out 2-6 weeks after purchase depending on our in store inventory/custom adjustments made. If you have any questions and/or are looking for a quicker turnaround time, please email us at orders@juliannesjewelry.com

What happens if the ring I ordered doesn’t fit?

If your ring does not fit, we are happy to size it for you. There is a round trip shipping fee of $45 but we will size the ring at no charge.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, please head to our returns and exchanges page to review our policies.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

All of our packages have a discreet return address and does not say “Julianne’s”. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped to ensure correct delivery, and all of our packages require a signature upon delivery.
