Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. Julianne’s Jewelry is not liable for any lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for items that meet the eligibility criteria outlined above..
  • If the returned item is damaged due to improper packaging, no refund will be issued, and the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
